I’m Liz Hartman, a college & career success coach who helps students successfully navigate the transition to college and beyond. My approach is positive, supportive, and tailored to each client's needs. Students meet with me 1-1 on a weekly basis to make progress on their long-term goals while actively working through the day-to-day realities of campus life. 

My background includes:

• Ivy League & Elite Higher Ed Experience: Earning degrees from Bryn Mawr College and Harvard University 

• 5 years at Cornell University supporting students on career development, academic success, and competitive pre-med and pre-law tracks. 

• Diverse Leadership Experience: including co-founding a successful startup (acquired by Internet Brands), managing non-profit programs, and working as a community organizer. 

Strategic semester priorities:

We begin each semester by identifying key priorities to ensure balance and success, including:

• Career Development: Finding internships, exploring career paths, and navigating the full-time job search.

• The College Transition: Successfully adapting to university life and navigating academic or campus challenges.

• Academic Excellence & Executive Functioning: Succeeding in rigorous environments by strengthening study skills, choosing the right clubs and activities, and leveraging individual strengths.

• Law & Med School Admissions Consulting: Focused on building a strong profile, school selection, and applications.
